Converse Bay
Day 3. I have to
admit, getting from Valcour Island to Converse Bay was one of the longer sails
Lady
in Red had done. But, we had a good breeze
and Lady had found her stride. After a long day we were thankful
to arrive, settle
in, and cook some 'dogs.
After, we kicked back for the evening to a challenging game of chess between Lady's able Captain Rick and a formable challenger Jacob, Lady's youngest crew member. As was often the case, the Captain was defeated by his 15 year old son. Ah well...
