I.	MINUTES

MOTION 18:02 - The Commodore requested approval of the minutes of
 the January 12, 2002 meeting held at the Nashua Country Club.  
 It was so moved by Bill Brock, seconded by Kevin Sherman.

II.	TREASURER'S REPORT 

Jeanne Brock gave the Treasurer's report and reported a balance 
of $1,307.62 in the Treasury.

Disbursements were:  $69.27 for a chart holder, $79.23 for Web hosting 
for a year and $20.00 for the  NE-TS domain name for a year.

MOTION 19:02 - Barbara Garland moved, seconded by Tom Warneke, to 
accept the Treasurer's Report.

III.	PRESENTATION BY BILL BROCK

The rest of the meeting was taken up by a very interesting and 
informative presentation about navigation by Bill Brock.

He discussed the history of navigation up to the present use of 
the GPS system and demonstrated its usage.  

The presentation was very educational to all in attendance.

MOTION 20:02 - Bill Brock moved, seconded by Kevin Sherman 
to adjourn the meeting.

Commodore Streeter adjourned the meeting at 2:00 p.m.
