*The general meeting was called to order at 11:45 am by the Commodore, Bruce Foshay.
*Opening
remarks by Bruce included topics which are:

*Motion
to accept October’s minutes were made and seconded. It passed.
*Secretary’s
report and treasurer’s reports were
presented by Barbara Garland.
In the treasury there is $968.08 and
there are 75 club members. A motion was
made to
accept the reports as presented. Motion seconded and passed.
*Party
plans:
Pam plans on having the Yankee swap gift exchange. Plus, there may be several door
prizes this year. We all look
forward to the event.
*Proposed
club dates in January.
Jan 20th is targeted to be the
Annual meeting. Proceeding this date
there needs to be a
Board meeting. We’ll discuss possible dates for this meeting at the Xmas party.
*There
was a discussion about office line-up for 2001 and a tally was taken about
officers
seeking re-election. It appears there will be an opportunity for
several new officers in
2001.
*During
our luncheon we took turns at describing different sailing experiences we had
over the prior sailing season. The experiences included both fresh and salt
water
events.
Destinations included Lake Winnipesaukee, Boston Harbor, Lake
Champlain,
the Connecticut River,
Cheaspeake Bay, Newport Boat Show and more.
Need I
mention that as trailer sailors we all
experience an enormous variety of sailing experiences.
