To access it

you will need to:

1) log in
2) highlight 'control panel' in the menu bar at the top
3) select 'user control panel'
4) select 'user groups'

on the next menu,
1)select 'usergroups' tab
2) click the radio button next to 'anything goes'
3) click the 'submit' button at the bottom.

return to the forum (click the burgee if you like), the forum will show up. (refresh your browser if it doesnt)
